Arrive & Drive - Historic Minis from MSV Cadwell Park

Barry Racing marked their presence with an inaugural visit to Cadwell Park as part of their ‘Arrive and Drive series’.

First on the agenda was the challenging gradients of the Woodlands Circuit, in historic Austin Mini Coopers. 

A solid attendance of Barry’s usual clientele, supplemented by some true sim racing legends such as JM69 and lore.

Lore set the pace in the Lincolnshire heat with an unbeatable lap time that set the precedent of the races to follow with local driver Barano rounding off the lineup. 

Race 1 was a friendly and enjoyable vibe, with lore taking the flag after a strong and steady 15 minute bout. 

Race 2 was an airborne affair, with aerial incidents for many of the drivers across the track at the Hall bends, Ital and lowercase in particular which has made our social media. 

However, Lore in their stylish standard and dedicated fashion took the chequered flag for the second and final time today. 

The event was greatly appreciated by all, with a time to catch up and laugh at the end. 

Barry Racing drivers are eagerly anticipating their next outing, where they arrive to drive the Mazda MX5s at Atlantic. Looking forward to reporting on that one.
